  Item was packaged well and shipping cost was really good. Came fairly quickly. There was a bit more wear than was shown in photos or mentioned. Corners all have wear and so does the base of the straps. They did say it was in pre owned condition and it wasn't excessive so it's probably normal. But other than that... it's a super pretty bag and I will enjoy carrying it. Happy with purchase.

  I'm glad to hear the buyer is happy with the fast shipping & loves the bag overall. I always strive to represent items as accurately as possible. The bag is in wonderful condition, but customer satisfaction is my top priority. I reached out to the buyer, sent a partial refund, even though they are keeping the bag. I also gave them the option to return the bag for free. Buyer said they are happy with the purchase. I will always do my best for customers:)
