I love the social history of the 1940s era. My stock is varied and covers 1930s to the 1970s. I stock authentic magazines, knitting and sewing patterns, utility crockery , men’s clothing, hats and shoes to name a few items. I have to like it to sell it! And if it’s not good enough for me it doesn’t get listed. Simple. All my stock is personally, and very carefully, chosen. I have supplied many items for films, tv series and theatres. Always let me know if you are buying as a gift.....I’ll do my best to make it a touch more ‘special’. If the item needs protection I will probably use shredded replica 1940s newspapers.
