About us

We grew up in the musically great time of the 1960's-70's, immersed in the vibrant music culture & social scene of the times. And : ) going to record stores. Gregg rode miles on his bike to Peaches Records to buy his first records, the Beatles! Linda browsed Mother Earth Records, worked at Musicland, borrowed records from the library and first heard the Sex Pistols, Ramones and punk music. We saw many bands, listened to local rock/blues radio stations, and read rock publications like Rolling Stone, CREEM, & Crawdaddy. Gregg DJ'd a blues show at a college radio station, KJHK, meeting & interviewing touring blues musicians, acquiring LPs for the station to play. Linda went to many rock & blues shows and treasured her rock records. Lawrence, Kansas is our home base; we see many live shows touring the Midwest, & love to go to festivals and concerts.
We are a source for audiophiles; we sell LPs, tapes, CDs, rock/blues items, vintage posters, song books & many music magazine titles.
