  The saw was tested before shipment and it was working properly. I did pack it safely but if it was damaged somehow in shipment I will take that responsibility. As far as the shipping price goes it was always a flat rate $25 shipping fee I didn't adjust the shipping cost after the sale I contacted eBay and they did not charge the customer extra for shipping and verified that it was always $25. Respectfully this is a false statement about the shipping surcharge. Sellers cannot charge a buyers card
