  I don't know what to do with people any more. They expect high definition audio recording from a device from 2007 that they bought pre-owned for $11. Oh and they didn't bother to request a return (30 days, no questions asked) or even message me about the "problem". It's always the least expensive items that people leave the worst feedback for. Definitely blocking this Karen from my store!
