  Quality is unsatisfactory. Unable to use the part due to interference on the back side of the shifter lever. There was no cutout for an O-ring or space for a washer. Once the pivot bolt is torqued, the shift lever is clamped in place and unable to function. The OEM part has an O-ring on both sides to keep grease sealed at the pivot point and critical for smooth shifting, especially if you have dynamic shift control. Just copy the OEM part.
