      Item was described to have Windows 10 "activated", it was not. Packaging was in sufficient, arrived with damaged front bezel. There was a hard drive, but no caddie, disk was flopping around in case. Item came with video card, but HDMI port had no audio. DVD RW/CDROM was non functional. Due to insufficient packaging, RAM unseated and device would not initially boot. As stated in the item's description, there was 8Gb of RAM and after being re-seated, was functional. Shipping time long.
