  I ordered a Blood Monitor and was sent a Pulse Oxinator which is an entirely different product. Although the seller agreed a return, they cannot supply any return label and have given their address in China for me to return it. They did agree to meet the shipping costs in an email dated 10 October - I do not intend to pay the return costs as I am not convinced I will receive any repayment. Is it possible for them to send the shipping costs via the credit card used to order this item.

  The packaging implies that the product is 2 for 1. When sent it was not as I ordered 2 and got 2. Following my feedback the seller immediately contacted me and apologised. Additionally they have offered reparation which was very reasonable. The product is good and I have ordered more. By ordering 4 I have found that there is a discount applied which in effect makes it 2 for 1. I am pleased to review my rating as a result. Well don, good service and good product.

  Bottle arrived with plastic cap broken packaging intact. Poorly wrapped, no bubble wrap or cardboard packaging used, item arrived in what looked like black bin bag. I contacted seller and offered to post the item back and requested a full refund. Seller agreed to refund without need to return item and I amended my review following this.
