    Very unique device. It was difficult to find any instructions in English, but once you eventually figure it out it's very useful. I connected it to a 10-turn pot slaved to an adjustable delay line that has a 10 turn adjustment range. After getting the meter set up correctly it now indicates the current setting of the delay line in nanoseconds with one picosecond resolution!
