  1-Seller did better this time shipping item! 2-Seller "DID put tissue paper" inside this time! 3-Flimsy UPS Mailer was not "RIDGID or STURDY" enough to withstand the UPS Shipping and Handling Process/Transit! 4-Shoe box arrived "DENTED and DAMAGED"! 5-Ordered and Paid for on Mon AUG 18, 2025. Tracking sent on Weds AUG 20th. In Hand Sat AUG 23, 2025! 6-However, who wants a "DENTED-UP" Show box w/NEW Shoes to display! I put the "Onus on the Seller", on how its "Shipped and Arrives"!! MR. R.   Brand new Tommy Hilfiger shoes, shipped promptly in the original box. The only issue raised was light wear to the shoe box from normal shipping — this is outside our control and not affecting the brand new product inside. After buyer’s first neutral, we even offered a completely new replacement pair at our own expense, but he never replied. Instead, he left this second neutral. This repeated feedback is not consistent with genuine buyer concerns and does not reflect our otherwise 100% service.

  1-Where do I begin? "THE NOT SO BAD, FIRST"! 2-1st time using Seller. 3-Seller was able to "Special Order" a pair of T.H. Oxfords, that I couldn't find! 3-"THE VERY BAD, SECOND" 4-Seller did not GO OUT OF THE WAY TO PACK THE SHOE BOX w/any type of padding, old newspaper, bubble wrap NOTHING! Inside or around the shoe box! To withstand the UPS shipping & handling process/transit! 5-Shoe Box looks like UPS played Basketball w/it during the transit! I'd like an "undamaged box sent"! MR. R.
