  I received my phone with unofficial global software when I ran the IMEI the xiaomi offical website said (see photo in feedback) the screen is very dim compared to all my older xiaomi phone I tried to get a replacement with seller or come too a resolution an we never did. I do not trust this seller people please check your IMEI when buying phone an check that you have official software

  Just finished setting up the new phone, only to find out it isn't really unlocked. I don't have service through AT&T, so I can't make calls or send texts. Would really love to get this issue resolved, but I'm not sure how. Did you send the wrong phone by mistake? Is there a new update I can download to unlock it? Seriously, this was Not the product advertised. Please let me know how you can make this right. Thanks for the quick shipping, but that's all I can say.
