Poor value?? why did not return for a full refund..?? Demanded full refund without returning the item..when asked to return the item for a full refund buyer just kept the item and left negative feedback..Buyer provided pictures of some other item to show defect..Our item we sold was in Like New condition...

Why havn't you just simply contact us with an issue...At least once?? There are so many options for you such as partial refund or return for a full refund...But How would we know about the issue when you just write a negative feedback in our sellers performance? COMMUNICATE!!!
