  TERRIBLE customer service! This seller is in Canada (which I was not aware of at time of purchase and is very poorly disclosed in the listing). I purchased a $32 book shipping to the US. After shipping UPS notified me I owed $26.92 in tariffs. I contacted the seller to see if they were aware of this. The seller instructed me to refuse the delivery. I refused the delivery on 9/23 it is now 10/2 and seller still refuses to refund. Advised me I will get a refund "If and when I get the book back"

  This is a US tariff issue ENTIRELY not my creation. All my listings clearly state customs and duties are a buyer responsibility. US government changes have forced this upon us as sellers (my site now no longer shipping to the US) and upon you as buyers (you will pay more for everything).

  Yes tariffs happened and my mailing service options - Canada Post and Chit Chats - both stopped any parcel shipping to the USA. That left only brokers charging fees and the tariff so buyer costs balloon and sellers lose a buyer.
