  Okay, so the wrong card came, but the one that did arrive worked well, and it worked really well. I won't be asking the seller to send me another one. The condition that the wrong card was pretty good. I'm giving this seller 4 stars because customer service was great, but he did ship me the wrong thing, so yeah, he gets 4 stars for that reason, and the price was pretty reasonable. The appearance was the wrong card but I'll give him a pass because the GPU did work so I have zero complaints.

  Fantastic experience! The NVLink bridge arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described and securely packaged. It looks and functions like new—tested perfectly with my RTX A6000 setup.   The memory matched the description and works fine. The real problem is I was supposed to get delivery within 2 to 4 days and it took 13. I contacted the seller after a week went by and they responded the shipment was done the way they always do it and they were not aware of why this time it was taking so long. Anyway the memory was packed well and arrived in good condition. I guess I just have to blame USPS, and stop believing “2 to 4 “day free shipping promises.

  This is a seller that obviously cares. I bought a used workstation graphics card for sub $25. They packaged it like it was a $1,000 gaming GPU. I often get computer parts delivered to me just thrown into a box with no protection, so I appreciate when someone shows great care for how items are packaged. Also, card looks and works like new. Great deal, great seller.

  Item was packed well and shipped within a day or two. Unfortunately the item received was not the item as listed in the description. Contacted seller twice, 1 per day after receiving the shipment. Both times the seller responded the next day, and said "checking" on it. I consider this slow and not really responsive to the issue, nor acknowledging an issue exists. It felt more like a brush off. Will not be buying from this seller again and would advise others to think twice before they do.

  Shipped rapidly in excellent, static safe packaging. Item exactly as pictured. Item had 1 functional issue when installed in server. After performing problem determination, the seller and I found a win/win satisfactory solution. Very pleased. Seller was also quick to respond even though, due to a death in my family, the item was past the return period before I was able to test it! All good! Would buy from again.
