  The tape is mess up on silver moon and the other track so what can you do?

  I communicated with the Buyer immediately, fully refunded the Buyer immediately and requested a feedback update to Positive, and the Buyer declined. The Buyer is keeping the tape (no return opened). It can happen from time to time that a 40+ year-old vintage 8-track tape will not play perfectly. I trusted the buyer when he said it did not play properly for one of the songs: I assume the magnetic recording had faded over time. I try to do the best I can for my customers.
