About us
I was eight years old when my dad took me to my first Gem and Mineral Show. It was my dad's first time to a Gem and Mineral Show. We were both instantly hooked on rocks. We lived in Ohio so there were plenty of fossils, Indian artifacts, flint and minerals to collect. In 2022 I retired and moved to Michigan. It has been a fun journey of learning about Michigan rocks and creating relationships around rocks. Collecting rocks, especially on the Great Lake beaches, is now a cultural past time in Michigan. I do my best to help first time rock collectors understand what they are looking for and how to find particular rocks, as well as understanding Michigan's rock collecting laws.
I have been a big collector of all types of jasper. So, don't be surprised when you see several different kinds of jasper in my store.

Rocks were as described and I’m sure I value them more than most but would say they are of better quality and cheaper than other offers for lime stones out there. Would trust this seller to purchase from again. Wish shipping cost went towards and included a large flat rate box to reuse but that’s just nit picking. Would have preferred to spend 5 more to get a reusable box that’s free to use for same purpose in future.
