Upon moving back to our home in Metro Detroit from overseas, I started scouring Estate Sales for quality Mid Century pieces with which to refurnish our home. Soon our home was full, and I still "needed" to be looking for the next fantastic find! Soooooo...here I am! I've created a new job for myself and it's the BEST job ever! I get to hunt down these fabulous treasures and find them new, loving homes.
I mainly sell items from the 50's through the 70's - with a focus on Mid Century Modern design. Fabrics, lamps, clothing, hardware and much more with a focus on NEW OLD STOCK! A bit obsessed perhaps?? If you see me at an estate sale, you will probably find me digging around in the basement near the workbench looking for vintage cabinet hardware. I've been known to buy hardware right off the cabinets! Really, I'll buy just about anything that I think is interesting and unusual.
