    Seller does not take returns. I’ve had numerous pairs of Converse in this size yet they were too big. Not the seller’s fault. But now I’m stuck with a pair of shoes that don’t fit. Attempted to contact seller only to receive “Transaction Closed”. Again, it’s not the seller’s fault but the seller should communicate with me and arrange a refund as the product was “new”. This was likely a one time situation and the seller has a good reputation. But for me a negative experience.
