    During checkout I had the option of either USPS Ground Advantage or Media Mail. I chose USPS Ground Advantage. The seller still went out of his way to click on "Media Mail" and ignore my choice, threw the manuals like trash in an used AMAZON Paper Envelope had them all delivered damaged. I know how eBay works and this was not some accident, but a conscious decision on the sellers part. Here is your feedback. Thanks for all the torn manuals I received.

    Buyer did not report any issues at all prior to leaving feedback. Buyer is a competitor, using tactics to lower ratings to help his business. We offer 100% full refund.

    This is a delusional statement. You are no competition to us. We don't even sell the same products. Similar is not the same, you know. This is a hobby for us. We have fulltime jobs. "Competition"... "Ratings"... laughable.... Message you about what before leaving feedback? That you deliberately changed shipping services we paid for to rip us off? Message you that you shipped heavy manuals almost unprotected in a used paper envelope? You know what you did.

    The photos and description did not bring proper attention to the fact that the hard-cover sleeve was missing. My bad for not being OCD and seller's bad for not calling it out specifically rather than stating "as pictured". All other postings on ebay for items like this have the sleeve.
