  Excellent seller. I requested cancellation of the item when I saw that the item hadn't been shipped four days after I placed the order, because I couldn't wait for a few more days for it to arrive. I needed it quicker. The seller responded by canceling the order within two hours after my request and giving me a refund. The thing that impressed me is that the seller noted that the shipment couldn't be stopped, but that I could keep the item when it arrives, at no charge. A seller with class!

  Absolutely pleased with this purchase. Item description was very accurate, price was better than other similar items I had previously viewed and it arrived very securely packed with inner protective material. I highly recommend this seller. Not only is it reliable but also very professional. Thus far I haven't had any issues with any acquisitions I've made but I've received a couple of items from other sellers that were not as protected as they should've been.

  Unfortunately the package arrived via USPS empty without the item, a 3/16 stainless rod. The bag was torn in transit and the contents lost. Seller did immediately issue a refund when I contacted them. It had shipped promptly and most of the blame is on USPS
