    Paid for the clubs, but they never shipped. Contacted the seller, and they said they don’t know how or why they didn’t ship, but refunded me my money.

    We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. The package did leave our Shorties Golf fulfillment center, but unfortunately, there was no record of UPS ever scanning it into their system. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered a replacement or full refund and promptly issued the refund per your request.
