An absolutely immaculate order -- no problem of any sort. Fantastic little piece, of course. Excellent communication; the seller's emails kept me up to date on the status of the order. Customs opened the parcel up, but I didn't get hit with big delays or duty, luckily. And the courtesy expedited shipping had it on my doorstep in just 6 days. Great experience, great seller.

I asked the Seller for a "small" discount after discovering a Broken Lid to the outer wooden box delivered with this vase. She responded that it was that way in photos and offered refund. I believe that since there was NO negotiating the original price and purchased @FULL price, she might have relented, agreed. Also, it took almost (1) week to have item put in shipping system, after complaining (2x), she said it was being "inspected". t believe that one should mention Outright if damage present
