  Almost 2 months after purchase, customer asked to return the device stating "I change my mind and don't need this. I never open". Since the ebay return period had expired and the item was not defective, the return request was closed. The buyer has messaged us stating that he will remove his feedback if we take the item back outside of the return period even though it is not defective. It is unfortunate that some buyers will lie and resort to blackmail to get their way.
