    The traction device was well packaged that shipped and arrived in great condition!! I picked this model because it uses manual cable control instead of air pressure to obtain the desired applied traction. I'm still getting used to using it and I have fallen asleep a number of times after releasing the tension while still being strapped in the thing. But, it's been pain free sleep, so I'm not concerned. I keep mine on the bed instead of using a pillow and that works well for me.
