    Hello there, everything you mention as wishing it had been described IS in the listing. Pictures 3 and 4 show a ruler up against the banner...and the written description on the banner states, "lightweight fabric - best for indoor use. Measures approximately 14 inches (top to bottom) by 8 inches (side to side)." I'm unclear what else could have been added to the listing to describe this item any better, to be honest.
