    Great keyboard, excellent condition, exactly as described, and clean. All functions seem to work. Keyboard was packaged securely and safely. I had an issue with the shipping tracking not updating for a couple of weeks, but I messaged the seller and they got the issue sorted out within a couple of days, I received the item the following week. Great service!

    This Seller is in Canada. Seller did deal with the tariffs so there was no extra expense after the initial purchase. Thank you. Package arrived damaged and I sent photos to seller. The actual antenna and its parts were still intact but a bit deeply scratched up, still functional. More tape on the box would have most likely made a difference. Item went to USA and then was returned for some reason. Then back to USA and delivered. Took longer than expected. Seller reimbursed some due to problems.

    Initially, the parcel was missing the headphone case that it was supposed to come with. As I told them, they acknowledged it, and without making any fuss, they have refunded the amount for a similar case for sale on eBay. So I would say excellent service, mistakes may happen but how it is dealt with is more important. It was very smooth. I strongly recommend buying from them.
