    This item was an open box. When packed, it was in a Squire guitar box with factory packing.Item was delivered damaged, probably dropped hard by a UPS employee. The item was insufficiently packed for shipment, in my personal opinion. Natalie did take care of me immediately upon notification of the delivery of the damaged guitar. Thank you. Not sure I'll purchase here again due to the lack of proper packaging. I don't want to take that chance again. Sorry guys.

    We take the packing of our guitars very seriously & always use proper guitar boxes & packing. The guitars are well checked & packed with great care. This damage was done by BLUNT force while in transit. IT TOOK A HARD HIT from the carrier! There is no packing that can protect an uncased guitar from a hard drop like that. It is a shame that anyone would even think that our packing had anything to do with this type of drop damage. We took great care of this customer &will always do the right thing
