    Our company went far and beyond to create a positive experience for the buyer. And we refunded him right away. The item is H Stern , they only use 18K gold. In addition, our gemologist tested the item to confirm that. His claim is unsubstantiated. We wish we never sold to him in a first place, because he was abusive and unreasonable from the start.
