    sent wrong game I returned it I paid 16.00 was only refunded 5.30 after even paying the return cost ???

    I sent Black Ops 3 instead of Black Ops 2. I received no communication until the package showed up with a note that it was wrong and please send correct item. I immediately packed up the correct game and ran to USPS and shipped it. When I returned I sent $5 to the customer because they didn't use my free return policy. I immediately received this bad feedback. I then returned another $5 to cover original shipping fee. My messages to the buyer were never answered. They received item + $ back.
