  Seller failed to send five ornaments. Sent note with alternates (which I would not have purchased) instead of messaging asking. I would have preferred refund since she lost items listed. Also, she failed to include another $20 ornament. She didn’t offer discounted shipping prior to purchase. Instead, she refunded “discounted” price of ornament so I could not get back full money on missing items. Very sneaky.

  I offered what I hoped was a comparable replacement with the option of a full refund for those items should the replacement not be satisfactory. Instead, no mention of the replacements was acknowledged and instead it was requested that I replace the missing ones with new and different ones. I offered a complete refund to include shipping. I personally didn’t discount the item, when I refunded overpayment in shipping, Ebay calculates it proportionately. I always offer the option to refund s/h.
