  They were fake headphones that were classed as JBL branded by the seller but the audio was terrible and they snapped within a few weeks of using. Furthermore they had a very light, plastic, cheap sort of feel to them, making it clear to me that these were counterfeit. The seller also didn't label the item as a counterfeit copy of the actual brand - JBL
