  Did not arrive, parcel was untracked and still didn’t arrive a week later. Contacted the seller but they weren’t helpful. Quite disappointing when you’re buying for a child’s party, wouldn’t recommend.

  Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry that your order didn’t arrive in time for your child’s party - I completely understand how frustrating that must have been. I always respond promptly to every message and offered all the help I could while your order was with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, 2nd class items are not tracked once in their system, and delivery is beyond my control. I truly appreciate your disappointment and I’m sorry I couldn’t have done any more.
