Her Threads: sells new and pre-owned clothing in good to excellent condition. All of our pre-owned clothing are machine washed and dried according to the care instructions. We try to use gentle detergents with little to no additives and will never use strong smelling detergents or any fabric softener. If an item needs dry cleaning and the garment allows, we will use Dryel Home Dry Cleaning Kits. We do not have a dry cleaner near us so any professional dry cleaning cannot be done on our garments. We are a smoke free home and pet friendly. Pets are forbidden in the office. We lint roll all our clothing before shipping. Most of our NWT are from liquidation so some items may have small signs of customer handling or light pallet dust that should vanish in first wash.
