  The item arrived damaged during transport, though it was very well packed. The seller immediately offered a replacement, but since I needed it quickly for a ham radio contest, I bought another one elsewhere. He then refunded me fully (item, shipping & VAT). Damage came from a tiny ribbon cable lever, not the seller’s fault. Excellent communication, very professional and responsive. Highly recommended!
