    Terrible experience. We ordered a motherboard and received an empty box with a power cord. We all know motherboards don’t include power cords. Promptly shipped the item back and the seller has the audacity to make a deduction to my refund price. I honestly wasn’t going to leave a bad review because mistakes happen but to make a deduction of an item you didn’t even send me is crazy… don’t waste your time with this seller.

To ensure you were fully compensated, I contacted eBay support, advocating for your complete reimbursement. I'm pleased eBay covered the remaining amount, ensuring you received a 100% refund. I believe this was likely due to a transit or delivery issue, not intentional. I took a full loss on the item while working to secure your refund through eBay.
