I live outside USA and it was expensive and difficult to return since we don’t have USPS, and to ship via FedEx or DHL I needed a phone number or email, which I did not receive, if I had lived in USA I could have returned, but the stars are just because the seller did not check beforehand if the item was working, that prevention could be amazingly useful for me
