    Seller posted shorts that were 30” waist with a 9” inseam but fit as a 32” waist with 8” inseam. After receiving item, it was immediately apparent this was not a stretch or adjustable waist and was a 30” waist which was too small. Seller would not make right by sending a return shipping label.

    My policy is clearly stated that buyer pays return shipping. The item measurements were shown in the photos. I would have been more than happy to issue a refund for the item itself.
