I have been collecting sports cards since 1969. My first baseball card show was in Greenwich Village in 1972 for you old timers - the ASCA show. Back then 1910 cards were 75 cents and you couldn't spend more than $50 on a card unless it was Ruth, Dimaggio or Gehrig. Times have changed. Packs were 10 cents or 12 cents. Even adjusting for inflation, the returns over 50 years plus has been unequaled. But back then, it wasn't a business for anyone. It was a hobby. We traded , we didn't grade. We protected our cards in rubber bands, not cases. My intent is to list a varied collection from all sports from all years and to attempt to have trolling through my listings be like trolling through the old nickel and dime boxes . If there's a player or card you may be interested in, but don't see, send me a message.
