    Hi Pedro, thank you for your purchase and so sorry for the shipping issue. Usually a buyer reaches out to a seller so we can help. The sale was through the global shipping program so items can take a while to get to you. I had the item to the post office the next day of purchase. Regardless if it is lost, ebay backs both you and me. You will have to reach out to ebay yourself to get the refund. I tried many times for customers in the past and ebay's policy is to talk to the buyer for any issues.
