    It's not the seller it's the transport UPS tha they never showed up... package was send by the seller just ups don't know what happen & you can't contact than so.. I don't know if they lost her package o damage or don't know . But never arrived... so I'm very disappointed bcuz I order 2 item same day & the other item cumin from PA & arrived on tkme so.. this item i order cumin from cople Miles from my place & dind showed up yet... that's why I calcel... I hope UPS TAKE & ACTION.... seller was ok

    The parts didn't come on time and I asked for a refund which the seller did. One week after I ordered them from another seller and replaced them I received the parts. I offered him to send the carrier pick them up but he told me to just keep them. Excellent seller! Kind and very responsive. I would recommend him to anyone else.

    Item was not delivered but was able to contact ebay and order a reissue. I also received about a 20% rollback of the price in the form of a rebate. So certainly despite a delivery fumble they were trying to treat me right. To my surprise after receiving the reissued order I went out this morning and Fedex delivered the original order (I guess, anyway duplicate part) to my front porch. So I will have to return this duplicate. It has been about three weeks from order to duplicate part delivery.
