    Gave me the completely wrong order. I ordered hanabi viewing glasses but got a towel and keychain. I know i didn't mess up on my end as the Ebay app tells me I ordered the correct item/ordered under the correct listing.

    The item mix-up was a human error, and I take responsibility for that. However, I promptly followed eBay’s policy and issued a refund. I did not provide any poor service that would justify such a negative response. Your reaction was unreasonable and self-centered, despite my proper handling. I feel this was unfair treatment, and I do not wish to do business with you again.
