    Disappointed in what the item is. I thought it would have some information on how to use coverstitch features of the machine, but it doesn't have anything at all. This is also not an original workbook, but a color photocopy. The item does not contain enough information to make it useful to me. Not the sellers fault, necessarily, but a disappointment, nonetheless.

    I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed. The listing clearly states in bold that this is a "Bound Paper COPY REPRINT of the book," and the title specifies it's a workbook—not a user manual. If you'd reached out, I would have gladly offered a refund or sent you the correct manual you seem to need instead. As a fellow seller, I'm sure you understand how challenging it is when buyers don't communicate concerns before leaving feedback. I'm always happy to help when given the chance.

    Xeroxed on plain paper. Workable, but not as nice as I hoped. Nonetheless, it’s complete and fulfilled the need for problem solving nicely. Not NEW.

    This item is absolutely new and not "Xeroxed on plain paper." As stated clearly in the listing, it's a professionally bound reprint made using 24lb, 98 bright premium paper — far superior to standard 20lb copy paper. I'm glad it met your needs, but I do wish that the listing details, including the specs on paper quality and reprint status, were acknowledged more accurately in your feedback.
