    The buyer was aware of the estimated delivery date range and stated they were expecting the ordered item to arrive by 17th of July. The tracking record indicates the parcel was delivered on 14th of July and the order was placed on 2nd of July. Strangely, the buyer didn't wish to return the camera although they stated the camera was broken because they alleged the cap wasn't right one. We responded to their messages within a day or so. The buyers' comments above are completely inaccurate.
