    The cartridges don't fit in the printer well. The cartridges don't click into place like they are supposed to. Also, when trying to seat the cartridges, the toner flap opens (like normal), but when you pull the cartridge out to re-seat it (because it didn't click into place) the flap stays open. This causes spillage in the printer and for you to lose a lot of toner. When I contacted the seller, I simply received patronizing responses and was told to watch YouTube videos on how to install toner.
