  Package arrived damaged and late. Envelope opened on 2 sides and ripped in places. The contents remained undamaged and everything was there. The tracking system stopped after 6 August. Apparently the package arrived in the UK, already damaged, on 13 August. The UK Royal Mail then put the damaged packaged into a polythene bag protector to prevent any further damage then for some reason held on to the item for a further 10 days. Packaging inadequate, however good communication with seller.

Regarding the packaging of your order, we send hundreds of letters every week with the same protections, we have never had any feedback regarding damage during transport.
