1. American customers have problems with extra customs requirements and payments, so US customs held your orders for 3 months as i hear,beaceuse of the new regulations..so please REACT, email them,call them..i can not do anything from Serbia,i can only ship goods within 3 days - all i can do from far away,that is up to me.
2.also..for years now I have much problems with Serbian customs,they return it to my address all Items i sell, since its mostly old stuff,and now they declare everything as NATIONAL TREASURE or CULTURAL HERITAGE,then I need to get approval from museum that is not national treasure,and then send the parcel. It takes sometimes over 14 days to get that paperwork... does not cost you a thing...just - Please,be patience.
Also,due to the situation with Israel and Palestine,we can no longer ship there...maybe to some african and asian states too,beacuse of the wars..
