Had to chase several times for a response/tracking numver, seller eventually told me it was posted and should arrive in 2 days but they did not provide a tracking number so I raised a request with Ebay. I believe the seller didn't actually resend the parcel. Overall bad experience with lack of communication, don't recommend.

Replacement was sent but appeared to be lost again. It's finally turned up weeks later today along with the replacement order I put in a couple of days ago (you can see by the printed labels that they were posted ages ago too). KORUMA did their upmost to get the parcel here on time, but were let down by the postal service. Cannot fault KORUMA at all. Excellent customer service
