    My package was ruined during the shipping and delivery process. After I received it, I noticed the merchandise was damaged. The packing was torn open on the bottom, leaving the magazine somewhat crumpled, mostly on its left side, and with small holes in some of the pages. In the future, am I able to receive a full refund if I were to encounter this type of discovery? I always like my merchandise to be received a neatly fashion whenever I purchase anything online.
