About us

Kavanaugh Coins been selling coins on eBay for over 25 years. I started out as a casual coin collector. In late 1999 (when the State Quarters were just being released) I decided that I could turn my hobby into a business. It started out as a side business to supplement my income as a Sr. Quality Engineer at an Aerospace company. Finally, in 2020 Kavanaugh's Coins reached the point where I could leave my full time job and focus all of my time on the coin business. There is nothing better than working at something you enjoy and are passionate about. We specialize in the sale of domestic coins. Most recently, we have devoted our focus to Silver Eagles, Modern Morgan & Peace Dollars, Proof sets, and Modern Commemorative. Our primary focus is to identify "Modern Rarities" that we can offer to our customers which have great potential for future appreciation in value. We strive to always treat our customers the way we would like to be treated.
