    The item received was clearly a used part and NOT "New" as described with signs of oxidization and light scratches.

    While I'm sure there was no oxidization on the ring. There may have been light scratches from shipping and handling. But it most definitely was new, never installed, and had a total of zero miles on it. You're welcome to send it back for a refund if you like? I would be more than happy to take it back. I don't see a request or a message anywhere as to solving the alleged issue. Again, I' be happy to take it. Just let me know and Ill send over a shipping label. Thanks now. Have a wonderful day!
